Fashion Update: Gucci Floral Totes and More
GUCCI RELEASES FLORAL TOTES
Italian fashion house Gucci has been dropping its collection of tote bags recently, and the latest addition to the luxury tote bag family is designed with a floral theme. The artful flowers are printed in diagonal sections which make for a background against its hard to miss Gucci logo print. PRADA DROPS ROSE PRINT BOWLING SHIRT
After reinventing its past with a new sustainable line of iconic Prada bag silhouettes called Re-Nylon, now the Italian fashion powerhouse has released a line of quirky and colourful versions of its popular bowling shirt. Echoing Gucci’s floral theme, the shirts designs are also made up of florals – one of it maximizing the classic rose in a vivid green illustration. The top is made up of 100% nylon and constructed with a spread collar and has zippered pockets as well as a press-stud fastening system in the front. To round it up, a leather logo plaque on the chest is added on one of the zippered pockets. The top retails at USD 1,400 and is available to shop here.

DOLCE & GABBANA GOES BOLD AND LOUD
If you’ve got larger than life personality and is not afraid to stand out in the crowd, check out Dolce & Gabbana’s latest sunnies for men and women. The all-new Dolce & Gabbana Logo Collection takes on a bold and modern style and mixes it up with various textures like mattes, gloss, rubber logos and more. The men’s eyewear is clean-cut and uses plenty of bold colours like orange, white, blue, gold and black. One of the more eye-catching ones is a full-on black frame which depicts the word ‘Dolce & Gabbana’ across its front in white, along with ‘DG’ logos at the temples. Meanwhile, the women’s collection is nothing short of sophisticated designs featuring round-shaped lenses, made from a matte metal frame and the prominent Dolce & Gabbana Made in Italy logo at its temple. LOUIS VUITTON LAUNCHES EXHIBITION ‘LOUIS VUITTON X’
To commemorate its 160th anniversary, Louis Vuitton launched a gorgeous expansive exhibition in Beverly Hills California, open to the public until September 15. Made up of nine distinct ‘rooms’, the exhibition presents objects and artworks from the brand’s archives which range from trunks crafted under the supervision of the actual Vuitton family, to high-profile collaborations. Fashion enthusiasts can take a walk through the original window displays, artist-designed good and perfume bottles too.
