Indonesian minister reviews Bandung’s health facilities for year-end holiday period
On December 23, Indonesian Health Minister Terawan Agus Putranto visited Hasan Sadikin Hospital in Bandung City to evaluate the health facility and readiness to serve patients during the 2019 Christmas and 2020 New Year holiday period.
Putranto visited several health services rooms at the hospital as well as the newly opened Anggrek building.
After the visit, the minister pointed out the need to upgrade the capacity of the referral hospital.
“I have observed the hospital’s capabilities and limitations. We need to remove these limitations and have them upgraded,” he stated.
Meanwhile, Nina Susana Dewi, director of the Hasan Sadikin Hospital in Bandung, stated that the hospital had stationed five doctors on duty for the year-end holiday season.
