Qatar says “small progress” made in resolving Gulf dispute
Qatar’s foreign minister said on Saturday that there had been small progress to resolve a two and half year dispute between the Qatar and its neighbors.
The comment came after reporters asked Sheikh Mohmmed bin Abdulrahman al-Thani about the progrees made on the conflict during the Gulf Cooperation Council summit held last week.
Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain cut diplomatic and trade links with Qatar in 2017 over terrorism accusations. Qatar has denied backing any terrorist groups.
