Reciting the Holy Quran is necessary for the sustenance of the human soul. The Quran is not just a religious book, it is the solution to all the problems of human life. It is a way of life for all humanity.

At the present time, we are so busy that we do not even have time to sit alone and think a little about ourselves. Not only that, we don’t have the opportunity to spend time with our family. In the midst of so many useful and useless tasks, we keep ourselves so busy that our lives have shrunk.

The food of the soul

The electronic products that we use in our daily lives, such as mobiles, laptops, etc. require a certain amount of charges. In the same way, our souls need to be charged. Sleep is one of the means by which the soul is constantly charged. But through sleep, a certain part is actually charged, while the main part of the soul needs another food to be charged.

If we don’t sleep properly at night, we feel drowsy in the morning. We can’t do our jobs properly. In the same way, if the soul does not get enough food, then our desire to do good deeds will gradually decrease and there will be suffering during good deeds.

The recitation of the Holy Quran is necessary for the sustenance of the human soul. The Quran is not just a religious book, it is the solution to all the problems of human life. It is a way of life for all humanity.

The biggest problem is that we have only learned to recognize the Quran as the source of rituals or certain rules. But unknowingly we have forgotten that it is the food of peace for our souls and bodies. When we hear the recitation of the Quran, a strange feeling arises in our hearts. Even when we listen to the recitation of the Quran, that strange feeling continues to work inside us for a while. Therefore, the only way to cure a sick heart and soul is to recite and listen to the Quran more and more.

How to develop the habit of reciting the Quran

Have you ever wondered if you can recite at least half of the Quran every day? If you can’t, shouldn’t you prepare yourself to recite the word of Allah every day?

Here are some ways to help you become accustomed to reciting the Quran.

The first way

Make it a habit to recite the Quran in small parts every day. If you do not have the time or opportunity to read at least one page, read at least one line. Yes, that’s right. Read at least one line.

The second way

Get rid of all other thoughts and focus only on the words of the Quran. Recite each word aloud and focus on it.

The third way

Try to understand the meaning of each line slowly as you recite it.

The fourth way

Never miss a recitation. That’s the diameter. Only these four actions are able to attract you to the Qur’an.

When to recite the Quran

You can recite the Quran at any time of the day. Once, twice or more. But remember, the sweeter the molasses. That means the more you recite, the more you will benefit.

Allah says:

“Establish the prayer from the setting of the sun until the darkness of the night, and follow the principle of reciting the Quran in the Fajr prayer.” (17: 78)

If you start doing these things, you will be amazed at the results. You will see from the heart you are feeling much lighter and happier. Thus, if you continue to recite the Quran even if it is a little every day, then it will also be the cause of your physical well-being. Because when your heart and your body get peace, then your health will gradually improve.

If you have trouble sleeping at night or feel that your sleep is not getting better at night, then perform ablution, open the Quran and keep reciting it before going to bed every day. InshaAllah in the morning you will wake up with a fresh mind and feel peace all day long.
